Used them a number of times for early morning trips to the airport and have always been reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. (Its not their fault Bristol Airport are such robbing b******ds)

Left us stranded at the airport despite us pre booking!! Utterly disgraceful!! Our flight landed at midnight and we were just stuck there! Not even a warning to say they can’t make it! Avoid! David Wake the owner had my full flight information and also my phone number as I had already pre-booked. FYI David this is Tony Lacey!

Good service!.. Last minute booking - gratefully negotiated with his customer to squeeze me in on their booking. Arrived bang on time at 3am. What more could you ask for! Will certainly let use again.

Got a taxi from Congresbury to Yatton station on Sunday 31 July - 2 miles if that? Charged £15. When I protested that the price seemed to have rocketed, driver just said “has it?”. Won’t use again. On return from holiday, got Apple taxi from Weston to Congresbury - £18 - what I would expect.

Response: The price was not quoted to me when I booked and I didn’t ask the price as I assumed it would be around £10-12. My review is late because: a) I have just returned from Canada after burying my sister, and b) I realised the price from Apple Taxis was so much more reasonable. Have a lovely day.

Pre-booked for a trip to station. Called when 5 mins late, apparently no cars in the area, no solutions and no communication of this until too late.

Serious lack of understanding that this was a major problem. Phenomenally poor service.
