I am not impressed with their customer service. My wife lost glasses in their vehicle. She phoned the operator and man told her in bit rude way, he has nothing to do with this. Poor customer service. Their drivers also often ask for cash payments instead of cards. It’s different story, but it makes me think that if you take cash it’s not all declared for income tax purposes, nobody knows sort of thing…

Phoned for streamline taxi from prestwick airport about 1050pm on a Monday night, return from holiday . It arrived quick. Dropped me off at my address price was £40.50. Not sure if that's too much. 🤔

Two weeks ago my hire from crosshouse to knockentiber was £4.80 sometimes it has been as low as £4 and always on the meter.
Last night £7.80 and not on the meter.

Been using streamline for 20yrs mainly when I lived in ayr , thankfully I realised they are in Kilmarnock as well now , brilliant service every time ,,, big thanks to all the staff ❤️

If I could give no star I would! Cowboy outfit, employing a cowboy self employed driver! Over charging for a trip and saying you have to pay 50p for using his card payment sum up gadget. Confirmed by management at their office that it was an over charge and no we don't pay for using a card. Was promised a refund and never happened. Countless calls later, they always say can't find the job details and management never there! They just don't care! So they have lost 2 customers who used them many times. I would rather now pay extra to thistle or use an independent guy. Sort yourself out, we are gone!

As a regular user of this company for years, I was disgusted with them today. I booked a taxi as I regularly do for a journey I have done many times. It's a 6min journey but can only be done by car. Upon checking the app for an update close to pick up time , I noticed that the booking had been cancelled. I phoned to find out why only to be told the price quoted on the app was incorrect and that they had tried to phone me. I had no missed calls. He told me that the quoted price of £7.80 was incorrect and would be £16.00. I was only charged £14 as goodwill gesture but I was shocked at the price! I had no option but to go ahead with the booking as I had a reservation at my destination which was 10mins later. When making a return booking on the app I was quoted £8.30. I decided to look at other options as I didn't want the same issue as earlier. Thistle cabs was £7.50 fixed priced and got no phone calls to tell me there was an issue with the price. I will never use Streamline again. Their drivers are all lovely but their pricing is an absolute rip-off!!!

Absolute joke. I used to always book with streamline but up until recently they have not shown up on time. On several occasions I have been late because of them. I actually had booked the taxi a day in advance and it showed up 20mins late, therefore I was late for work. What is the point in booking for a certain time when they don't come at that time. Today I have waited over an hour after booking online.
