This firm is so awful! We got taxis to and from Heathrow. They were late both times, they made us pay the parking fee on top of the £150 fare (never mentioned on booking) and the girl on the phone was really unhelpful, such a lazy manner and attitude when we were stuck at the airport waiting.

Called streamline earlier this evening and was met with a lovely driver called Peter. I had just come out of the hospital feeling unwell and Peter made me laugh and helped Light the mood. Streamline were really quick, which was great as My phone had died, so I was in urgent need of a cab

Irish Dave on the stuff shuttle to the hospital.is awwsome. Courteous, always on time and going the extra mile when needed. Taxi is always impecably clean and he has a smile every time. Absolute gem of a driver too.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!
I booked a taxi for a journey to and from Southborough to Tunbridge Wells town centre the day prior to my journey, since I was looking for a collection time of 12.30pm - just to ensure I reached my business meeting in sufficient time.

12.45pm and no taxi. I phoned and they assured me they were ½ a mile away. 15 minutes went by and still no taxi. My meeting had now begun and I wasn't present. I called again and a different staff member told me she doesn't know what has happened to the driver and she would have to re-allocate my enquiry to a new one, this will be there in 5-10 minutes. Another 20 minutes later, I called a final time and was told he was just passing Meadow Road, Southborough which was around the corners from my pick up location - he still took 10 mins more than this...

I missed more than half of my meeting, my colleagues had all started dining without me and I had been stood in the rain more than 1 hour waiting. He was apologetic but also said he and 2 other driver colleagues had been sat in the town centre near Tesco's waiting for jobs whilst I was stood in the rain missing my meeting with no taxi arriving! Why was one of them not allocated to myself? I explained all of this to the driver who offered me a meager 90p discount!

On the return pickup due at 3pm, they were again 20 minutes late, in which time I had no choice but to arrange alternative means of reaching back to my office and the taxi the waitress called for me from Walkers Taxi's arrived in less than 10 minutes (even at such short notice) and the fare cost £1 less than the cost Streamline had informed me of.

I received a text and call at 3.30pm (half an hour later than specific pick up time again) with a confirmation text they had bothered to turn up. I text back to inform them of their dire services. Ladies and gents, boycott
Streamline. Absolute shambles,

Booked two taxis for a return journey well in advance and specifically asked the question if the driver would take cards. Which the reply was yes. Got to the destination only to be told by the driver that he did not take cards and didn't even have a card reader. On the return journey I asked the question again to the driver. The reply was no cash only, so after having a nice evening out had to be driven to a cash machine. This could have been avoided if only I was told this when I booked. I also have to mention that both taxis were late.

Terrible service! There's not many taxi companies in TWells to use that are reliable. I thought this was one of the better ones. However, booked taxi to go to centre of TWells from Southborough and back. Received text confirming booking but driver called and said he was late and quoted a different pick up address. When corrected he turned up 10 mins late, kept his window fully open the whole journey even though it was raining and cold and drive like a novice not knowing who had right of way. Journey home was worse! They called to say they would would be 25 mins later than booked. Then didn't turn up. When called they said they would be late be due an incident. We waited for over an hour without pickup. Finally after walking part of the way home they picked us up. Home 1hr 30 mins later than expected to relieve the babysitter!! Won't be using again!!!
