Disappointing. Went at 10.30 on a Friday and the farm shop was closed. Not sure if the farm park is even open anymore as all the signs leading into the farm said private land.
Signage and website/Google needs to be much clearer with the opening hours and if there's seasonal variance.

Went today 3/9/23 and had the most wonderful time with my son. We somehow manage to spend the whole day there from open to close. The woodland part was absolutely stunning and great for taking photos. We surprisingly saw a fair few monk jacks and heard but unfortunately could not see woodpeckers, saw lots of butterflies it was brilliant.
The lake was just as good same a fair few fish come to the surface and saw some ducks too. Park was fab and very well thought out. Goats a bit cheeky and get out but they are so lovely and so friendly..we spent ages fussing them 😊.
Staff were absolutely incredible especially in the farm shop, they went above and beyond and made our day so much more perfect than it already was. Would highly recommend a visit. Lots of other bits but don't want to spoil anyone's visit. Farm Shop was also brilliant. Will 100% be going back.

We went there for petite street - it's a fabulous little role play setting with various set ups for kids to learn with and take part. Fridays are a bargain - it's best to book though as it fills up fast!

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace! I brought my disabled mother in a wheelchair and there was no consideration or assistance given to her. Disabled individuals deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, not completely ignored. The main meals were subpar and all the food was served cold. The portions were tiny, with only two potatoes and a minuscule amount of stuffing for Β£22. The kids' portion of lamb was laughable, barely two bites. One waitress was pleasant, but the other couldn't care less. Sitting in the bar area made us feel like third-class citizens. Is that how you treat your customers? Absolutely not! The gravy tasted like it came from cheap Costco granules. I had high hopes of returning, but after this experience, there's no way I'll ever eat here again. I don't mind paying good money for a meal, but not if the quality is this terrible.

We visited today for the Santa's Grotto and it was wonderful. The food and staff inside the pub were great. The biggest disappointment and worry was when we took the kids into the small animal barn and found a dead guinea pig and possible dead chicken. This was disturbing for us as adults and upsetting for the children. When we tried to talk to the staff about the dead animals we found they were surprised that we had gone in the building. There was no sign up to say not to enter and the doors weren't locked. It was a shame to end the trip on a sad note.

We had my sons party here on Sunday, it could not of gone more perfect. Kipp was the party host and did a great job. Everyone messaged to say how amazing it was. The 2 girls in the farm shop were amazing too accommodating my son’s intolerance in the party boxes. We can’t wait to go back xx
