Excellent trip, good value for money for the time out and see dolphins, eagles and minke whale. Oh and the owners dog who was the star of the show jumping between boats. Excellent trip that was much appreciated.

We went on the longer 4 hour trip and sitting on Rib seats can be quite uncomfortable. The seats are designed for 2 people and you will be quite intimate with the bouncing movement of the boat! Also, at the back you will get wet due to spray and waves.

Gordy the skipper with us for the day, started well, but then seemed to loose interest during the trip in explaining the sights and pointing out the wild life. This was made worse for us (as we were at the back of the rib) with the noise of the engine, sea and spay, which muffled much of his commentary.

Excellent and interesting trip but four hours is a long time without a comfort break. The seats are extremely uncomfortable and you have to sit pillion with another passenger which is very close especially if one or both of you are on the larger side. We saw a dolphin not far from Stornoway, lots of seals somewhere near Lochs and thousands of puffins at the Shiants. The islands themselves were fascinating.

These guys were brilliant. Gordy and Chris were professional, friendly and entertaining. More importantly they were as excited about seeing stuff as we were. We saw loads of dolphins, minke whales, puffins, sea eagles...made my daughter's birthday very special. Highly recommended!

Brilliant experience with Gordy (and Sonny the puppy!) on his boat last week. We opted for the 4 hour trip and were glad that we did as it gave us the time to have some amazing encounters with the local wildlife! Best of all was the pod of dolphins that were alongside the boat for at least 30 minutes, leaping and playing! Also very interesting to go out to the Shiant Isles as part of the trip.

One bit of feedback was that when Gordy was explaining things about local history, wildlife etc, it was often difficult to hear what he was saying as he would talk out to sea, rather than face the passengers! Mindful that he is piloting a boat as well, but it would've been interesting to hear what he was saying while at sea when the boat was stationary.

Wow, what an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to see seals, eagles, puffins, dolphins and to top it off minky whales. The dolphins swam along side the boat at arms length away. Thanks For a great trip.
