A lovely welcome on arrival, spotless and comfortable, good kitchen area. Washing machines and dryer available in on site laundry room. 20 minute walk to the beautiful beach. No garden at this accommodation but plenty walks close by for those with dogs. Definitely recommend a stay here 😊

Thank you to Carole for your kindness and hospitality. |We were a group of 5 couples, starting the Coast to Coast from St Bees. We all had a lovely room with ensuite, and the garden flat was particularly lovely. |We dined at The Manor Inn, and next morning had a great breakfast in house to set us on our way. Carole also provided a good packed lunch. |A fabulous start to our walking holiday.

My first visit but not my last. A lovely warm greeting from the owner who is on site. Absolutely stunning, has been furnished to the highest standard. The little extras were very nice touch - bottle wine cooling, biscuits, milk and toiletries . The advantage of the conservatory and lovely comfortable furniture plus the gated area meant my dogs were secure and safe. It was a stunning week for weather but the bedroom and kitchen were lovely and cool. A short walk to the beach and lovely walks around the village. Though it’s next to the station it wasn’t a problem at all - most of the time I didn’t realise a train was on the platform. I didn’t venture very far as there was plenty interesting in St Bees.

We stayed here on first night of our coast to coast walk. The owners were really welcoming and shared their knowledge and tips for the walk. We had a big comfortable room with everything you need. Breakfast and our packed lunch were spot on and plentiful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place.
From arriving there we were very well welcomed. Carol and Tony were great.
A free bottle of wine was left for us as well. The milking parlour we stayed in was beautiful. Just can't fault it at all.
10 minute walk to the beach and Hartley's cafe. Cumberland curl and chips at the cafe was great.
We will stay here again.

Admittedly, the room was a little small, which might be an issue if you stay in there with more than one piece of luggage. Else, it is lovingly decorated and has a cozy vibe. |Breakfast was good. |It is the only working farm in St Bees, but there are no animals around and the building itself is one of the oldest in town. Only a short walk away is the train station and two places where you can grab dinner or have a drink.

Lovely place with parking owners were very friendly and welcoming, room was excellent with en suite and very clean, breakfast was plentifull and well presented very good value all round have stayed here before, not far from the beach, would highly recommend
