My daughter and I took the 30 minute narrowboat ride to the tunnel and back, had lunch at the cafe and enjoyed walking around the area. We also watched a couple boat go up the lock.

Very friendly crew and a reasonably priced trip that takes you into the mouth of the Blisworth tunnel. The trip takes about 20-30 minutes in total and it’s a nicely paced relaxing ride.

Nice little trip up and down GU canal including entering the Blisworth tunnel. Current virus restrictions make for a challenging visit, but staff cope well.

I often visit Stoke Bruerne and the Boat inn when visiting Towcester dog racing it is a lovely setting lovely pubs a shop and museum which i have visited, the museum is very small but informative with a nice cafe downstairs, The Boat pub is a beautiful pub friendly staff good menu and very reasonably priced, as Stoke Bruerne is somewhere i will be going back to i need to visit the Navigation pub and do the barge trip to the tunnel but feel they will be as enjoyable as my other few visits have been

Poorly organised and a disrespectful approach to customers!!!

The four of us arrived for a boat tour and stood waiting whilst they did a head count of what spaces were available. Just as a little kid of around 6yrs old runs up to where we were standing and stands looking at the boat. In the distance behind us is the little boy's 2 adults and another child heading towards the cafe/boat area. The two men organising the boat trip then tell us that the other family (who had not even fully arrived at this point) were before us and told us to come back for the next trip.
As we walked away we heard the lady with the kid who was just arriivng i might add say we shall have to see if there is room first, so they hadn't pre booked.

Needless to say we didn't go back and went for lunch instead

Really great. Had a nice canal boat ride with granddaughter and her mum and dad. Then had lunch the navigation. Will be back..
