Our go-to taxi company since they opened. They have great availability and are very reliable- always on time. Cars are clean and drivers friendly and helpful. Text notification when cabs arrive, with cab make & reg, is appreciated. When making a bigger, advance booking eg airport transfer, the office are great with confirmation, acknowledgement of return fare payment, etc. They’ve never let us down and I’d recommend them to anyone.

I called at 1800 on a Saturday evening to book a taxi for midnight. No problem I was told. I then received a text to say my cab was booked for 0200. I called back to say this was wrong and I had booked for 0000. Again was told no problem. We were offered a lift home so I called to cancel the cab. They didn't have my booking. If we had waited for this cab we would have been stranded. Definitely won't be using this cab company again. No trust in them to collect us.

Booked a taxi with "Stirling Taxis" yesterday afternoon for 8:30 this morning to get to an important hospital appointment. I have a disability so I can't drive. They called at 8:00 this morning to say they've had to cancel.

Completely unacceptable. Someone with a disability trying to get to hospital left stuck at rush hour with an appointment I'd struggle to make again any time soon.

Luckily Alba Taxi's shuffled things around and fit me in.... complete life-savers.

Great service, lovely woman on the phone who went above and beyond to help me out last minute and a really friendly driver.

I'll be picking Alba next time for sure!

I understand you've had experiences in the past when people called a taxi and then they didn't show up. That is not okay. However, asking someone to pay for a cab in advance via an online link, and refusing to send a cab otherwise, is a risk for customers' safety. I called you in the middle of the night with a stranger's phone, as I was stranded away from home and my phone's battery was dead. My safety, as a woman alone in the middle of the night without a phone, was in your hands. I explained the situation and literally begged you to send me a taxi. I would have paid you in person. But you refused, because I couldn't use the online link, and hung up the phone. Do you even realise what this means? You should think of the consequences of your policies. Night taxis are a lifeline for many people, and you actively contributed to making me unsafe in a very vulnerable situation. But hey, at least you didn't take the risk of losing any money... Priorities, I guess.

I used the service for a small distance with lot of luggage. The driver was really nice and professional. I didn't get his name as it was a quick drive and I was with a friend who returned from abroad. But will definitely use the service because of his attitude. He was very courteous with our luggage as well. Highly recommend!
