Disgusting service, we called 3 times before they even answered and despite giving a postcode were told they needed an exact address which we were trying to locate (we were on our honeymoon in a lovely little bolt hole in the middle of nowwhere), the operator was extremely rude and pushy and when we said give us a minute took offence and hung up. Not impressed...
