Can’t thank Alex and the team at Stephen Mahwinney motors enough.. getting a new car for me was a scary idea and I was nervous at first. I seen a Mini Cooper S I wanted online, and within a week I was driving away in it feeling confident and well looked after. No question was left unanswered when I had questions about finance and changing my reg over from my old car. They did everything for me including putting my private reg on my new car for me.
I received my new car fully serviced and newly MOTed that week.
Not only that but they sold my old car for me at auction which was a great help and I was absolutely over the moon. I would recommend this place to anyone I can.
If i could give more than 5/5 stars I would.

This is a late review as I found my new car in February after searching online and getting overwhelmed so on impulse I found the car I wanted on my first day at Stephen Mawhinney's. There was no pre pressure sales from Thomas and the after sales service I cannot fault. My whole experience was made easier by the genuine, sincere and dedicated service and professional attitude of all the staff they went 100% and more. I have no hesitation to highly recommend Stephen and his team and all they did in getting me back on the road. Thank you all so much.

I can't thank Alex enough for the great service they provided at Stephen Mawhinney Motors. I needed a car ASAP as my car was no longer fit for purpose. Throughout the years between myself, my mum and my partner. We have bought around 6 cars with Alex in Stephen Mawhinney Motors. Honestly couldn’t fault them. Alex is very patient and understanding. Has sourced cars for me and also I have purchased cars that he has on site. Both methods have been efficient and Alex listens to all details of specifics that you want In a car. If a fault has ever appeared in the car after purchasing, they are always happy to help in anyway and try to fix the problem. The process of buying and selling cars made so much easier by Alex. Great wee shop and I will continue to return here & recommend to others for the great customer service

I received great customer service from Alex throughout changing my car. He made the process of selling my car and buying a new one so much easier than I could have imagined. He was able to source exactly what I wanted, taking on board every small detail.
