Did the Rosslare to Fishguard Duty Free Day Trip return and it was a lovely day out. It was great being able to move about the ferry. The food in the restaurant and cafe bar was nice. Duty Free shopping aboard was very convenient. As foot passengers, you are last to embark and last to disembark as you have to go via the car deck (a bus drops and collects you there), so safety is paramount? Factor in a bit of extra time for that while the vehicles go 1st. We upgraded to the reclining loungers on the way back for Β£10 each. Each chair has USB phone chargers and there is unlimited tea and various coffees available. I would definitely go again and would recommend it. Only thing I would recommend being aware of, is that you don't have a lots of time once you land to go anywhere outside of the terminal, so it is literally a land and turn around situation in Fishguard.

Don’t waste your money on the premier lounge. The place was packed and everyone fell on the free food like starving rats. The few scraps of food left over were ok. Got out of the lounge and had a much better trip. Lots more space.

Awful. Had 3 crossings from Fishguard to Rosslare cancelled in a row. The first one cancelled a few hours by txt on Sunday 6th April. So had to find alternative accommodation. I had to ring to rearrange another ferry. Next available Monday 7th April at 2pm. Again cancelled by txt a few hours prior. Again I had to ring to rearrange. Offered 1am on Tuesday 8th April. I was reluctant to accept because of it being early hours in the morning with 2 young kids...not ideal. Guess what.... The next crossing cancelled again. Technical issue. Was put on the 2:45am crossing with Irish ferries at a different port. My stress levels were now heightened. I had to drive through the night to another port. Got to Ireland in the early morning on the Tuesday. All absolutely exhausted Tuesday was a right off. We had centre parcs booked where we lost 2 days. Paid for but can't get a refund. So stena line hasn't been in touch to apologise. So stena line cost me more money in finding accommodation and lost days/quality time in our paid for holiday. Sadly really disappointed as no one has offered any type of discount or refund for the big impact these cancellations had our short family holiday.

Motorcycle Review: A great ride through Wales to the ferry port. It is very easy to load your bike on and to disembark it at the end. Ireland was great for Motorcycle Riding.

Nice staff, very thoughtful and helpful, light atmosphere and clear rules and instructions. Good service before and after boarding the ferry as well. Although it was raining, we managed to stay dry and warm all the time. Really comfortable travel.

As always a smooth ride with Stena but omg the size of those cabins is unreal. They so small we couldn't even get in them with our baby. Let alone the other 2 kids πŸ˜‚.

There is real good grub on board the Stena line ferries and the staff go above and beyond to give you an enjoyable and friendly experience in the restaurant, the meal is worth every penny. So appreciated when you have time to kill and tummys to fill.

Lack of seats in the main bar/lounge areas was a problem and some pretty heated chair protecting going on by some travellers 😬

Overall a beautiful sailing though and we got to see some porpoise as well which was πŸ‘Œ we did lose a baby shoe overboard though so if anyone picked it up holla at me pls 🀣🀣🀣🀣
