This is our third stay, the hotel is spotless in all areas. Staff are very good as always, breakfast excellent. As its summer we were very hot due to the heavy bedding suggest light sheet to cover at night and reduce the tog of the quilt, the pillows need looking at, suggest lighter and cooler as we hardly slept due to the heat generated by the aforementioned. We had dinner in villa italia 39 university rd BT7 1ND this was a very good restaurant busy so book for reservation. The area has various issues, vandalism and graffiti are very off putting, some locals drunk and homeless people around. Be careful at night with personal belongings, the botanical garden during the day is very nice, also the university area beautiful buildings and gardens.

Honestly kinda disappointing

Both legs of my recent journey had rather significant delays.

The food is rather steep and the chicken in the curry is kinda dry

The bathrooms are in serious need of refurbishment and don't even have cost hooks in the cubicles

Yet again another great sail and service by the Stena crew. This shows that they are far more superior to other ferry companies to the UK. I will never change unless something goes drastically wrong, which i doubt

I would write a review not as just customer but a small dog owner! Our travel with pet was really nice experience! Pet lounge is clean, good smell, quiet place! It was not busy at all at May , 3 dogs on way to Belfast and just us on way back. There is a water and free tea/coffee . Love that there is no music it really calming atmosphere 🐶 please do not forget to book your pet lounge, read the rules and have a pet carrier!!

We always have a great crossing of the Irish sea on Stena lines. We’ve never had any problems, so what can I say? Five stars

Good and relaxing way to get to Glasgow hygge room was quite and the spa was relaxing ,only sad thing about the spa was my wife had her necklace taken off during the massage by the masseuse and forgot to put it back on, we reported it that night ,but sadly hasn't been found or returned.

A massive improvement from the first time I was on this ferry. My family enjoyed the trip and the staff are friendly. Will try to be on board again soon.

Have to say this is a pleasant and efficient service. Staff were friendly and welcoming at the port and onboard. Overnight crossing to Liverpool. Shared a cabin with three others. Comfortable and great value for money. Very pleasant journey.
