Lovely building and location, building needs TLC. Had a great time and enjoyed the small town and great pubs. The location is ideal as it is barely minutes from restaurants and shops. However the building needs a bit of maintenance as none of the interior doors latch closed, the toilets do not lock and a few door handles are falling off. A few light bulbs had blown and didn't have the correct replacements. Never saw the owner until leaving time and there was no welcome pack with basic milk, tea and maybe cake. This place could be great.

What a beautiful, quaint house in the middle of Beer village. Everything you could possible need. We stayed with friends for 3 nights and 4 days and found everything absolutely perfect. Thankyou

Needed a great deaĺ of heat to get warm, due lack of insulation . Location ok, as was parking. Odd arrangement of white goods.
