1st use them today had Konrad as my drive absolutely brilliant got me there in a very comfortable style very nice to talk too and went the way to avoid traffic to save on cost highly recommend company

Our car broke down in front of the train station in Stamford. My grandmother and I were very upset until a lovely driver called Sadid from Starline taxis saw us and helped jump start the car! He has saved our day and was so polite and pleasant we will definitely call Starline taxis next time we need one!

I’ve been booking with starline for a long time now and I never regret. Specially when I book early hours pick up my driver’s always 5 minutes early waiting for me! My most recent driver Daniel S9 was very nice helping with the luggage and making sure the temperature in the car was good for me.. car spotless and always nice smelling! Highly recommend this company to anyone !!

Ordered a taxi for the evening and when the event ended up finishing sooner than anticipated, they understood and picked us up slightly earlier than our initial time. Our driver, jhon (car s16) was very accommodating and polite, and was very friendly to talk to. We had a great time with this service and would recommend it to others, and would definitely use again.

I booked this appalling service yesterday and was collected by Anis, he nearly crashed the car several times which made me wonder if he even had a licence, he looked like he was struggling to see over the steering wheel. I also noticed poor hygiene from this individual and had to ask him to open windows due to bad odour. I will just walk or use a bus service next time atleast you get what you pay for. The one star is for a clean vehicle but it's pointless if the person operating the vehicle has poor hygiene standards! Avoid at all costs!

Booked 5 days in advance for a Golden wedding dinner giving myself 30 mins leeway for a 10 minute journey. Confirmed on the morning of the journey stressing the taxi had to be on time. The taxi arrived 35 minutes late after repeated phone calls. This is not rocket science it is your business. A very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend.
