Very Good Travel Agents. Very small office and when I walked in there was only one member of staff so if you have a customer ahead of you it can take a while waiting. But the advisor was really good, as I was just going to go to pick my tickets up he sorted that out why he was talking to the other people at the same time. He took my passports for visa I'm sure he's not done anything about it at the moment as I have not had online payment request asking for the payment so I will give him a call today. But overall very friendly and price wise it was the best I found in Leicester. Parking is definitely a problem around the area but as I have a disability badge I was able to park on double yellow lines. What I liked best was that as well as the office number they give you the managers number, which I called out of hours and the manager was really good and responded

The only Travel agnecy our family uses. Extremely friendly and reliable. Will provide affordable and pleasing packages for any holiday / trip. The best thing about their service is their quick response and the help they provide incase something goes wrong with airlines and hotels even if you are abroad.

Booked tickets for myself and three children to Antalya, Ramada Resort Lara, all-inclusive. Excellent price, accommodation was superb as was the food, transport arranged to/from hotel, good facilities in hotel for children to keep busy.
Very good service and information provided about journey, Visas arranged, would highly recommend booking with Star Travels. Hassle-free and clear information provided.

I have used these guys for the past 5 years, every holiday booked through them great price they listen to your requirement and go out of the way to make sure you get what you want. Excellent unbeatabke service .

I have been using them for the last 4 years and although it can be hard to get through to them on the phone sometimes due to a large number of customers at the shop, they are usually extremely genuine people. and will not bluff you with anything. dont trust travel agents any more but these guys have helped me and my family a lot. hence i never go with anyone else. cheers... rafed

I don't have any personal experience with tham I have pick up someone front of this shop very conjest area difficult to get parking in this area at anytime of the day if you get a space you are the luckiest one wheen ever I get any experience I will come back and edit my reiview
