This firm have the contract for the Tyne Tunnel pedestrian tunnel replacement bus service. Left people stranded for almost an hour today because their driver skipped their 12:30 Howdon pick-up. We saw them go past us to drop off on the other side but then they were seen parked up the road with their feet up drinking tea! Terrible attitude to customer service

I use Stanley travel regularly and it really depends on who you get. Most of the drivers and staff are great but sometimes you do get ones who come very late and I've had a cab driver that went to the wrong place to pick me up and lied about it very rudely saying he was at the right place. But sometimes you get really lovely drivers it's a bit of a gamble. 3 stars because it's a mixed experience all around.

Two coaches from Stanley Travel for a three day residential school trip, both the drivers and the coaches were excellent. Coaches were in a good condition and the drivers kept them clean. They got us to everywhere on time or earlier, communicated well with staff and were great interacting with our pupils. Would use again!

There should be the ability to give 0 stars. Buses are the worst they've ever been. Worst ran company in the North East.

Coach driver hit my motorhome as she was driving far too fast and over on the other side of the road. Failed to stop and see if we were ok or to exchange insurance details. We had two young children with us. They also refused to pay for the damage and their dash cam footage, mysteriously disappeared!

I payed Stanley Travel £390 for an hours tuition and test on the 10th of June 2019, my first test date was made for the 8th of July but then was cancelled. I had to wait till the 24th of September till the next date.

On the 24th of September I drove 70 miles each way only to be told the test could not go ahead due to the coach they provided having a cracked windscreen.

I asked for my money back and it ended up in a nasty call from one of the managers telling me “to get off the company’s back”.

To be fair I just spoke to one of the directors who has now refunded me in full.

Just had a really brilliant day out on Stanley Travel's first ever trip on Teesside Princess River cruise.. The staff on the boat were really well mannered,took time to talk to you when they had a minute,very helpful. The afternoon tea was well presented,tasted fantastic and adequate quantity for everyone. Our Coach driver Pauline was an absolute gem,very pleasant and did a fantastic job of manoeuvring the coach in difficult circumstances as there was really poor parking for any buses or coach type vehicles..she drove with gr8 safety despite 2 instances where drivers just pulled in front of her & one ran a red light. I'd defo do it again xxxx

Top Class, I organised a coach for a group of us, although it wasn’t a great distance, they were so compliant. All of their methods of transport are modern and clean. I will be using them for my wedding next year. Keep up the good work
