I was involved in the recent WVAS Spring Exhibition. Iโ€™ve been numerous time now attending art events and the staff (centre, bar, cafe) have all been very friendly and helpful. Itโ€™s a fantastic venue with great facilities and Iโ€™ll be exhibiting on my own and with other groups again in the future.

We had the most incredible experience at the Stamford Arts Centre for our wedding! From the moment we reached out and booked, the staff were absolutely amazing. The whole team were super helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. They were always on hand to answer our questions and offered great support not only in the run-up to the big day but even afterwards when we came to collect our items.

The venue itself is so unique, we especially loved the ballroom and the art gallery space (where the bar was), which gave the whole day such a special and memorable atmosphere.

We would 1000% recommend anyone looking for a creative and welcoming wedding venue to consider this place. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our day so perfect! We literally had the BEST day ever.

Managed to push my mum's wheelchair from the Wharf Road car park to here without too much difficulty. Made for a nice trip out and had cold drinks and big slice of cake each.

We had a good experience there. A very friendly greeting from the lady selling tickets for the cinema. We didn't spend as much time in the art gallery as we had visited the cinema. The cinema was used as a stage as well. The ceiling had beautiful art deco moulding, and the seats were comfortable with much leg room.
The kiosks took me back to an earlier time, they were cubbyholes with wooden shelves.
The film The Brutalist was a must-see. I would recommend this place.

Fantastic part of Stamfordโ€™s history! Cinema tickets affordable and the cinema itself is very cute and shows a brilliant choice of films. The cafe is alright but used to be better, and one of the best parts of the whole place when it was not a private business/owned separately. The homey vibe of the Arts Centre and the community atmosphere makes it one of the best places in Stamford to be. The staff are BRILLIANT! So kind and helpful, in the cafe, kiosk and box office.

Visited on a midweek morning. Partner managed to blag a guided tour of the Georgian Theatre, even though closed for show preparations, by a very personable and enthusiastic young local historian. To cap it all he threw in a guided tour of the Georgian Assembly room too. The gallery and cafe are not shabby either. Stamford, as out of towners, we're jealous.
