If I can give a huge '0' I would hgive due to behavior of the front desk. I was booked for an induction over the phone, and when I spoke to the counter an east european lady was really rude on me but I saw the favour which she gave for the same who spoke her language. I was working with Staffline Derby before and they were really helpful for everything. I recommend this place is not good enough for others except east europeans 😄

There a member in salad factory borne shahid riaz, he is very unprofessional, he don’t know how to talk with people, he said I am unprofessional what can you do , he said I can’t book on shift you.my all friend also have issue same like this , he said if I can’t book you can’t work here

Staff off staffline are very rude, they don't value people and understand their problems. My friend called to book an holiday/leave but they spoke very rude.

Sign you up then text you after couple of days work that your not in the next few days but yet take on new people. Get 1 or 2 days work a week but still sign people up. They mess people's lives up with 1 or 2 days money coming in to pay your bills. This agency needs to be stopped. It needs shutting down. They Couldn't give a rats ass about people's lives they just give you false information about work days then ruins your financial situation. Hope this company gets what's coming to them. They've done the all this to my parnter as well

Appalling customer service making people feel unwelcome the staff have appalling behaviour towards workers they don’t even give rats about what a word u say they always want to think they are in the rights and we are in the wrong they treat u like prisoners the ladies there just look at u as laughing stocks unhelpful and unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend any to join this foreign agency it’s better to go to local English agency’s which have better attitude and are very helpful bare in mind there is this Portuguese woman from one off the ladies there Staffline who’s attitude stinked it’s like I was making her feel like I want to start a problem with her the way she served me

I wish I could give 0 stars. You sign a contract and then they randomly change your role and downgrade your pay! There is no help from the staff - they are rude, lazy and with a horrible attitude. Booking in shifts is a whole thing too. They expect you to call them everyday even though they have an app/website to confirm your availability. Disorganized and unprofessional. Stay away if you can!
