I have stayed at Springbank multiple times, each time receiving a warm welcome. The rooms are a great size with lots of facilities including microwave, fridge, kettle and tea and coffee facilities. Marcia even offered me fresh milk if I preferred over the sachets. You are also free to take any cutlery that you desire. I would definitely stay again as the rooms are homely, warm and cheap!

Very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable and included thoughtful things like a mini fridge and fan.
Bathroom was shared but I had no problem accessing it when I needed to even though they were fully booked. The owners went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend. Thank you ?

My husband, mother in law and our 2 grandchildren had a nice stay at springbank. We were attending a birthday party at a nearby pub. This was a great find.we will now stay over when visiting relatives.Had a nice welcome and a cup of tea.full English breakfast was amazing.
Why stay at the travelodge when this B&B offers so much more.

It is always a challenge booking group accommodation but I knew from the start that I had chosen well. 6 of us cycled from St Albans area for a weekend exploring around Suffolk and another friend joined to visit places of interest. The rooms were spotless and Marcia went out of her way to accommodate our requirements. She offered secure storage for our bikes, which her husband stacked away for us. ||Having cycled 50 plus miles each day during the hottest August Bank holiday ever, the ice cold orange juice was very welcome on our return. We were also offered tea even though there were facilities in the bedroom to make it.||||I'd say this is good accommodation for a group as there was a large area where we could sit round a table and also were able to make use of the garden to socialise but equally good for others.||This is a very good quality b and b, at a reasonable price and offering the simple touches too that earned the 5 star rating. Stayed one night, room only, as leaving very early next day, for local event. Excellent ensuite accomodation, very clean and comfortable downstairs room, with separate shower and toilet. Microwave and tea/coffee making in room, thus able to have breakfast in room before leaving.||Friendly and welcoming host.

We stayed here for a week. The rooms were big, clean and well set up (with a TV, microwave, kettle and fridge). Marcia and Eric were fantastic hosts. The breakfast selection was great too. We will be back!

Lovely hosts, had all the local knowledge. Breakfast was fab. Felt like home from home. We stayed here in October with a group of 10 people, because we were going to a wedding near by. Marcia was so helpful.

Lovely place to stay for business or leisure purposes. Marcia and Eric, the hosts, are very kind and helpful. You have access to the meadow and a nice biking track just around the house. Bus stop for Cambridge is very near too.
I had an excellent experience in this B&B.
