I attended a paddle board taster lesson with Lucy today and really enjoyed it. Lucy was patient, kind and skillful. In fact all the staff I've had contact with from booking information through to the cafe have been great. There are also plenty of facilities and activities for everyone here.

This is a great water park and fun for all ages. The staff were nice and the safety of guests well thought out. The wet suit hire is a bit expensive but overall well priced. The equipment is good and it's worth a visit.

Went on to beach with family dog poo on it near the water.dogs should not be allowed at this venue for health and safety reasons. Beach needs a good clean and new soft sand. But ok for a day out just keep a lookout were you walking could do with spruce up

This water sports centre is fantastic. It has a tremendous number of water related activities for everyone. Ample free car parking. Nice shop and restaurant with more than ample indoor and outdoor seating areas. Our 10 year old granddaughter went on the inflatables and had a wonderful time. You can easily spend a whole day there and not get bored.

Glamping Bell tents look amazing and are very well kitted out, a must try later in the year. Service in the cafe was a little slow but the good food made up for it. Great place to visit and cheap car parking. ( It's free )

Friends clubbed together to buy me £100 gift voucher for Spring Lakes. I was unable to cash all of it at once and returned over a year later to be told that it had expired and they would be banking the the remaining, over £50 balance, I would get nothing. I appealed to them but they wouldn't budge.
Don't buy a gift voucher unless you are certain to use it quickly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Stunning Hidden Gem in Long Eaton!

What an incredible little find! If you don’t know about this place—go and check it out. It’s so much more than just a lovely café. You can enjoy a drink by the lake on a beautiful day or sit inside if the weather isn’t quite on your side.

But that’s just the beginning. There are loads of attractions, from wakeboarding and a beach area to inflatable fun for both children and adults. They even offer open-water swimming—brave souls only!

There’s also a range of accommodation options including bell tents, caravan pitches, and space to bring your own tent. Plus, there’s an event space available too. It’s truly amazing how this place has transformed from what was once a gravel pit into such a vibrant, activity-filled destination.

It had been years since I last visited, and I was blown away by how much it now offers. I highly recommend giving it a visit!

Went Kayaking for the first time here. Booked in by someone who wasn’t interested in telling me where to get my life jacket. Wasn’t even told where kayaking was so had to ask some else. When we got to the kayaking they asked if it was our first time and we said yes. They didnt any instruction of how to use the paddle. Staff not helpful at all apart from the cafe. Very disappointed.
