Great experience. I was looking last minute for a reliable service to pick up a friends family, contacted Ali and gave him the details. He responded quickly and gave a fair price for the airport pickup.

The service is really good and the vehicle used was a Mercedes Vito van, leather seats, and complimentary sweets and water. Ali also helped with the luggage on and off which was a bonus because I have a bad back.

Lastly really pleased with the service and have rebooked for next airport journey in March.

Excellent 1st class service supplied by Ahmed. Collecting me on time promptly from my home in Huddersfield to Leeds Bradford Airport whilst being courteous and very helpful too. On my return journey from the airport Ahmed was there waiting for me to take me home.

Another fantastic experience with Epic Travels!

The transport is modern, spotless, and comfy with thoughtful amenities such as water and some sweets. Ali is always super accommodating and friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble.

When arranging pick up and collection, they really go out their way to make it convenient for you. It’s so reassuring to have such a reliable service - it really takes the stress out of travelling to the airport.

Booked taxi to airport and home again. 1st company messed us around so decided to tey Epic travela so glad we did. The service from start to finish was amazing. Ali was very punctual and helpful and even waited at Manchester airport when we had a slight delay. Nothing was 2 much trouble. Water and sweets were also offered which the grand daughter loved. Will most definitely use them again cannot fault the service 1 bit. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of passengers. 100% recommend for any travel needs..

I can't say enough for this business. Ali is an excellent person, very thoughtful and helpful. He picked up my parents last night and he went inside the airport, they didn't have to get out. He was updating me constantly through the WhatsApp and he send me picture of them when he found them. My parents don't speak English very well and Ali talked to me on the phone and tell me to ask them if they need any water or the heating on. They safely arrived at home on time. I strongly recommend this business. Very satisfied.

We used Epic travel for a recent airport transfer. What a lovely guy. Once booked they confirm your travel the day before and arrived as agreed early Monday morning. Took care of loading our luggage, thank goodness, my son does not pack lightly. Confirmed our return flight details and told us he would track the flight and be there to meet us as agreed. Our flight was due to land at a silly time in the morning but was delayed to a sillier time. Epic Travel was there to collect us with a big smile and not a flicker of annoyance that he had been waiting around all night for us. We would not hesitate to use Epic Travel again. We have always driven and parked our car at whichever airport. If we knew how straightforward it could be thanks to Epic Travel and added bonus it being based round the corner in Dewsbury, we would have done this before. Will definately be giving them a call for our next trip ☺️
