We have been working with Special Pilgrimages Christian Tours since 2004 when we made our first tour.
Since then we have made about 13 tours with groups and every one have been hugely successful.
They value feedback and what impressed me most is their promptness in addressing any issues raised.
Their your guides in the Holy Land are knowledgeable, polite and thorough.
The Office in the UK is easy to work with, very attentive and willing to do whatever you ask them with their limit.
For me, they are number one Holy Land tour company. Their prices are competitive.
People enjoy our tours that we don't advertise but they advertise for us.

At first I thought it was a mere advert but the above bold statements are true. I can testify to that because of my close to a decade relationship with the company. They have made all our tours under my leadership to be unique and memorable for all my travelling party each time we travel to The Holy Land. It all started when other Travel agents disappointed me twice. Thank God I listened to Mr Amnon Betsser who gave me their contact number. To the best of my knowledge, Special Pilgrimages are true to their words as advertised. They have been consistent in their business field as Tour operators and their tours are competitively-priced. They have always rendered fantastic customer service to us. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their trade, and friendly and one can feel safe dealing with them at all times. Their follow-up system/network is great for each of our tours. Typically, on our Departure day (always from Heathrow), there awaits us a Staff who represents Special Pilgrimages to ease Check-in, corroborates with the efforts of the Group Leader (Myself) before Take-off. On arrival at Tel Aviv airport, you know who will be meeting with you while you clear immigration, and hand you over to the Tour Guide and your driver takes you to your hotel and be ready for your pilgrimage as scheduled. We have never cancelled visits to any of the Holy sites. Additionally, in case of an emergency, there’s a hotline one can call throughout our time in The Holy Land. A lot of hard work done seamlessly by the company. Kudos to Special Pilgrimages! I would like to say they are on top of their class. I have been using the services of Special Pilgrimages for over 18 years. Their customer service is excellent. Staff are very attentive, friendly, helpful and competent. Always a responsive and positive outcome to queries. Great service oriented company and cost are outstanding and competitive. They request feedback from pilgrims and act on the feedback. Pays attention to every detail and usually an opportunity for a one to one fellowship with the Executive. I have found Special Pilgrimages over the years to be reliable, supportive and dependable. The accommodation are delightful, comfortable and food excellent. The guides who accompanies us were enthusiastic, passionate, informative, engaging and entertaining. The trip was well organised and coordinated by the agency. The only thing I am giving a 4 is because the agency does not accept credit cards! As a result of this, one of my registrants who was keen to visit the Holy land lost twice; was de-registered because of unforeseeable circumstances which limited him to pay his balance by BACs and he therefore lost his deposit of £300 which was non-refundable. I would strongly ask the agency to consider start taking payments made with a credit card.

We have been using this family owned and run company for several years, Tamara and her Father have been a revelation when it comes to customer service and support, from the simplest of things right through to critical issues, nothing has been too much for them to deal with. I feel that nothing ever phases this great team.
I am quite happy to say that Tamara has become like an extra daughter to us and we love her too bits.
I cannot recommend Special Pilgrimages highly enough.
We will be travelling with the to the Holy Land again in the new year, this will be our 5th large group that we have lead along the footseps of Christ.
Each and every pilgrimage package has been expertly designed and organised too our personal requirements, the guides are superb, handpicked and experts in their field. The drivers are in turn , the best in the business.
I guess what I am trying to say is that Tamara, Isa and the girls in the office are simply the best.

My money was returned after I had booked and was told there was availability; I was later told it was fully booked. Please, when booking with this company, let them confirm in writing. Very disappointing; they probably do not want an elderly on the group.
