Lovely time spent along the sea front, pier and town.
Pier has an unusual collection of amusement (you need coins - they have a change machine for notes)
Great fish and chips shop by the pier with a lovely, young friendly couple working there when we visited.
The town is very nice with a tea/coffee cafe that does some tasty and unusual pasties.
There is a lighthouse actually in the town, but you need to book ahead for tours.
There is also a large, and old church with 17th century graves and beautiful architecture inside and out (even though we're pagan)
All in all a relaxed place to visit and relax by the seaside without masses of arcades .

Lovely little pier with lots on it, a gift shop, multiple places to eat and drink and a great view back over the town at the end. Seating booths all along to protect from the wind which is great. Only thing putting me off was how expensive the restaurants were and how busy the arcade was. It's such a beautiful spot though so the busyness was to be expected.

Visited for the day, parking very good, plenty of it, and only £4.40 for the day. The Pier has an amazing selection of food. Sea food, ice cream, chips etc. On the pier you have the one thing I went for, the under the pier show, see pics!! An assortment of home engineered and built slot machines. 11/10. Nice beach, dogs galore, but very windy. Worth a stroll across the road to the lighthouse, you can't miss it. Only open on appointment. The details are on their website. Don't forget to see the water clock on the pier!!!

Nice place to visit in the area. There is a cafe, little shops and ice cream. A highlight for me was the arcade with unique home-made machines.

Novelty attractions and good food. Well worth a visit. Beaches are mostly sandy with more space towards walberswick. Town is small but not too over crowded.
