me and my school had hired out a 2 buses 1 showed to the location but the other one went to the school which made us incredibly late to our school trip we were meant to get there about 10:30 but because of the delay we made it about 11:10 and during the trip all of us had a message about the bus driver needed to go somewhere else so then all of us had to leave early we were meant to leave about 6:00pm.The buses are really clean and we found no rubbish from a different people about a 120 people paid £60 to go on this trip just to go on 1 ride and only have 5hrs in a theme park when we left all of us were really disappointed by the bus service

Awful company. Charges 8.80 a day for 2 children to catch a bus back and forth school that’s extremely over crowded. Now refusing to let my children on the school bus if they don’t have exact change for their fare. Along with being awfully rude to my 16 year old son who just wanted to pay for his bus.

Terrible attitude on Mr Fowles - can see I’m not the only one to experience this as I note he’s been labelled in some of these previous Google reviews as a bully boy.

Several issues since daughter started comp - breakdowns (will say have decreased in occurrence from sept 2023) - absolutely crammed bus route shoulder to shoulder like sardines in a tin.
Safety is compromised by the overcrowding.
Now even more expensive that the public service bus. (£3 a day with SWT) £2.70 with first public service bus.
Rest assured, myself and my daughter have agreed never to use this service again.

The children wouldn’t have a hope in hell if there was a hard break or collision on this bus.
God forbid!!!
What I will say is this company are very unprofessional in the responses and very defensive with not even a sorry you feel this way etc - shame really Mr Fowles lacks any empathy or customer service communication attributes.

Bus broke down at school (yes this happens I know) and driver declined a refund leaving my 12yr old without the option to get a alternative bus home on a timely manner.
Yes eventually sent another bus but who wants a 12yr old waiting of an unknown time of a replacement bus … on the plus, a bus I believe was sent at 15:52 which in fairness isn’t too much longer a wait but had the teachers and children been informed of the ETA replacement bus instead of we were told don’t know when they can get another bus at the time may of also reduced the worries and stress of getting your child from school.

Just one of Mr D Fowles emails to me copied for all to see the mannerism of this person.

I have neither the time or inclination to bounce emails back and forth. If I need to know anything from you I can always look at twitter etc to see what you think of us as you are fond of posting how bad we are. Whatever did we do without social media to vent our frustrations I wonder.

As far as I'm concerned there was nothing unprofessional in my email back to you. If you have taken it that way then that is potentially more to do with you than me.

Yes it’s a PAID service we are actually customers.
It’s certainly not a subsidised service evidently from the charges.

Went to Aberglasney with the Hard Of Hearing group. Very comforable coach. Excellent service by the driver. He was very kind and so helpful to the disabled passengers. We'll done.

Caught one of their buses while heading into Swansea city centre late this afternoon. When paying my fare the driver was incredibly rude and spoke to me as if I was idiot. If this wasn't bad enough he then made an insulting remark about me as I was getting my seat. Wont be catching one of their buses again if he's an example of the people they employ.

I have just come back from Vienna with Clive & jay, the coach was SO comfortable & clean Clive had decorated it beautifully,they could not of been better especially jay as he organised 2 quizzes for our journey home with very short notice they are both EXCELLENT drivers jay quite simply made the whole holiday special for me with his wonderful quick whit & sense of humour I felt close to them at the end of the trip I wouldn't hesitate to travel with them again so much to say that I would ask for them by name also the drink facilities were wonderful & Rachel cloves wife ensured that we had teas & coffees at regular intervals the coach is so quite as well they sacrificed their Christmas for us which is so generous of them very much appreciated I will use you again but I live in Kent so it is almost unachievable thanks again & give jay my heartfelt love Georgina.
