It was a good experience to be able to site calmly in a nice and warm Yard of The Tambayan restaurant in Warwickshire. After the guide mentioned to set our intention to be able to understand and allow a feminine energy into our lives. The quietness and stillness were so powerful that they could transform all love, dreams, trauma, anxiety, and fear through the painting. We pick up the right choice for our character and my first time painting the beautiful sunflower. It not about the beauty and the correction but the

For the past 3 days, I had a very low energy level, stiffness and pain and noticed there was something wrong with the nerves around my left jaw and linked to the right eye. I felt very uncomfortable, numb and pain too.
