The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Every time I called, they didn’t give clear updates or respond on time. When speaking in Tamil, some staff were rude and even made me feel threatened instead of helping. I expected proper communication and respect, but instead got delays and poor treatment. I would not recommend this firm — they seriously need to improve their customer service and professionalism.
