My family and I recently got back from Egypt booked through soliman travel. Soliman travel took care of us in the best possible way. I booked this holiday through a lady by the name of Victoria nothing was too much trouble for this lady and due to the superb treatment we were given by this lady and others it went like clockwork flight,hotel and transfers the was superb Thank you Victoria especially but others too. Also on our return my wife said to me "our next holiday abroad has to be with Soliman Travel"It was that good Thank you again Brian and Christine

Absolutely brilliant service, would 100% recommend and hope I have the opportunity to use Soliman Travel again.
We dealt with Victoria who bent over backwards to meet the needs of my group of 6 travellers. She took all of the frustration of planning a holiday and gave us lots of options for a Nile Cruise. We eventually settled on a 4 night cruise, an overnight train to Luxor and return flights from Aswan to Cairo.
All transfers were taken care of and there were staff located in Cairo that were able to assist with local queries.
We wanted to change flight times at very short notice, Victoria took care of this without any issues.
Communication was prompt and always friendly and professional.
We received the holiday of a lifetime and would love to thank Victoria and Soliman Travel for facilitating this.
I last used Soliman Travel over 30 years ago! Great to see this family business doing so well!

absolutely disgusted today, holiday ruined. As a regular customer with over 6 years loyalty, I am left deeply disappointed not only by your mistake which has cost me and my family loss of money unneeded stress and upset, lack of professionalism.
Missed a wedding ,10 month old baby in tow , lost hotel money . Cab fares to and back from the airport . Spoke with several people , only focused on getting rid off me , Not even a call back . Zero customer service .

We've just been looking through our photos from our 2010 trip to Egypt with Soloman Travel and remembering how absolutely awful they were. They absolutely ruined a trip of a lifetime by completely miss-selling us on the quality of the transport & accomodation and booking us onto a Nile cruise with otherwise solely Spanish guests (we're British). A complete rip off and they made zero effort to correct things or make it right after the trip. Appalling.

I've have recently used Soliman Travel with my family for out trip to Cairo. I wrote unpleasant review as at the time we had small issue with booking and my daughter had acted too fast by publishing it.
I would like to apologise, staff did their best to solve the issue upon our arrival to the hotel and it was solved to our satisfaction, we all enjoyed rest of holiday very much.
THANK YOU Soliman and I revert my previes comment, if I had a chance I would erase this review as I regret publishing it on All in London website...

Such a waste of time visiting this agency. Asked for a quote from Samir three months ago. Have been in the shop twice and emailed thrice. Was promised the quote multiple times but still haven't heard a peep. Very weird place. I recommend avoiding at all costs ...
