Sarah arranged an amazing trip for my bestie and I. I wanted to arrange something to mark my best friends 40th birthday but just didn’t have time to trawl the internet myself so asked Sarah if she could help. She recommended Newcastle and not only did she book the most amazing hotel, she recommended places to eat and drink too.

Considering I only booked a short break, it felt like I was booking a 5* cruise for the service I received. So personal and it absolutely exceeded all my expectations.

Upon arrival I learned that Sarah had sought an upgrade so we had an incredible room overlooking Newcastle docks with some drinks to enjoy.
