Absolutely excellent service. We booked a taxi for an eight hour tour on Saturday afternoon/evening. Adam and Hugo were extremely reliable, friendly and accommodating. They even helped transport our inflatable kayaks and paddle boards. Our trip wouldn't have been possible without them. Thank you.

Honestly the most jingoistic rude man I've had of delt with asked two prices from the heights to dinorwig hostel. He said it would be 15 to dinorwig and 20 to the hostel. As we were a bit low on cash I said sure 15 to just to dinorwig is fine. He then replied you know what your kind can just get out now. Avoid.

Thank you for the apology, I don't believe he misunderstood us, I Personally I believe he didn't want our custom, we had enough to pay as he said he could take card (we never said we only have 15 pounds. However, I think he wanted us to take the longer journey instead of the shorter one. Honestly he was the one being rude telling us to get out multiple times in a aggressive tone and just being dismissive , perhaps he was having a bad day regardless he probably shouldn't be working in a customer facing job. Anyway can't change the past, it's water under the bridge now, and we just ended up walking back which was a healthier option.

After a few hours of walking down Snowdon, darkness had descended and my (not-use-to-walking-that-much) knee joints were aching so much. On reaching the road, we felt that we couldn't walk another step and I called Snowdonia Taxis. Hugo (I think that was his name) called me back and explained that the road was very steep to get to us and he had a rather big vehicle, but he would do his best. A few minutes later our hero appeared and took us down to where our car was in the car park. He was so helpful and we were so relieved that he had persisted in getting to us. I highly recommend this company.

We used Snowdonia Taxi to get us from Beddgelert to Trefriw. The driver was on time, a bit early actually, and very pleasant. He was knowledgeable of the area and drove safely in a comfortable cab. They saved us a great deal of worry in our travels between these two villages! Thanks!
