We have had fabulous experiences with Snowcoach on each of our three ski/snowboard trips with them. I cannot praise them highly enough in every respect. They are friendly, informative, very helpful and efficient. The planning ahead with equipment hire is great, the coach is comfortable and the welcome to the hotel is warm and efficient and enables us to get straight out on the slopes. The baby slope is directly behind the hotel (great for 87 year old Mum who came last year and when my son tried snowboarding for the first time). The lifts to the slopes are just across the road from the hotel and there is a good variety for all and access to another valley if required. The staff in the hotel are wonderful and the food is DELISCIOUS. I can’t fault Snowcoach on anything at all. They are a family run business and have really proven that they are prepared to go the extra mile in every respect. We are going with them again for Christmas this year and can’t wait. I’ve been skiing with Snowcoach for 30 years, they offer great skiing packages which you can adapt to your own needs. I often travel by myself which is no problem with Snowcoach as they offer a great social skiing groups every day. The holiday prices are very competitive, the food and accommodation is good and Valmeinier is a great ski resort with doorstep skiing to the hotel.

From our first contact the customer care and attention was first class. All queries were answered in a professional and timely manner. Selected to be picked up from Medway services and thankfully we had already spoken to some other passengers so were kept upto date with arrival time. Didn’t know what to expect as usually drive ourself or fly but the journey down was excellent with plenty of stops. Yes would have liked the seats to recline a little more but we did get some sleep. Arriving at the hotel in time for breakfast and on the slopes shortly after. A great option and we will certainly be back

I have been using snowcoach since my children were young as it offers a great family experience. Now I’m retired and my children have children of their own I still go as the skiing is great and the equipment excellent and each year I make new friends.

As a ski holiday experience, I thought it was fantastic. Location, ambience, food, social ski, it was great. We had an issue with our room and got moved immediately, staff rely friendly and helpful.

Coach journey is long but you get 8 days skiing so you just have to deal with it.

Would recommend an upgrade to the lounge on the departing ferry, not return unless you like alcohol with your breakfast!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our recent Snow Coach holiday to Valmeinier. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations.

Prior to our holiday we were impressed with the customer service from the Snow Coach head office team. Every question was answered promptly, and they went above and beyond to ensure we and they had all the relevant information before our departure.

We met the coach at Dover, hassle free. The coach journey was smooth and comfortable, with room to relax and sleep as we made our way to the resort.

We arrived at resort by 8am, greeted by a good selection of hot breakfast choices.
The food throughout the stay continued to be good — From filling breakfasts to four course dinners, with plenty to go around.

For those who love to ski in a group, the social skiing was one of the highlights. Cath and Neil did an excellent job of showing us around the slopes in a fun and sociable way. Plus, with ski hire available right in the hotel, it couldn’t have been more convenient. You could pick up your gear without any hassle, and the convenience of doorstep skiing meant we could step straight onto the slopes from the hotel.

The kids club was fantastic as well, offering a range of exciting activities including sledging, a treasure hunt and a table tennis tournament. Our children made great friends and had a blast, which made the experience even more enjoyable for the whole family. And Hannah and Olivia, the kids club reps, even dropped our children off at their ski school so we could join the start of the social skiing.

We were there over New Year’s Eve and the night kicked off with a ski show on the slopes followed by a fireworks display, then back to the hotel for bucks fizz, a lovely dinner and some party games.

The rooms were basic, but perfectly adequate for what we needed. While they might not have been luxurious, they were clean, comfortable, and provided a place to rest.

The hot tub was an added bonus and a great way to relax after a day skiing.

Overall, this holiday was an absolute success! Not only was it excellent value for money, but it also offered the perfect balance of skiing, relaxation, good food, and good service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly, and memorable ski holiday.

I holidayed with Snowcoach for three nights with four days skiing last February travelling via coach. I had the most fantastic time. The staff were all fantasstic and the whole experience was wonderful, so much so I am going again this December though this time for seven nights, eight days skiing. I highly recommend skiing with Snowcoach.

We (partner and I) have always been very pleased with Snowcoach since we first discovered the company 24 years ago. Hotel Aigle in Valmenier is true ski in and out in the centre of the town. The food is wonderful - always high quality and generous portions, special diets are available although we have not required them. Staff always welcome us and are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We rent the skis, poles and boots which are in the hotel and allow us to ski for eight days, Saturday to Saturday which is unique to this company - ski coach companies are few in number. We have not travelled with another ski company since. We anticipate the trip even more than summer holidays. We often recognize customers from previous Snowcoach trips who are lucky enough to have two or even three ski breaks per season. The view from the hotel overlooks the valley or the high street so we prefer the view of the mountains. Never had any complaints and the resort has always had snow when we go, in late March.
