Sincere thanks to everyone at SmoothRed for a wonderful trip! We truly enjoyed all the activities and hotels in London, Cambridge, and Bath. All of the tour guides were exceptional, and we loved the accommodations. There were so many memorable parts of our trip, including the freedom to explore; the suggested activities; the scheduled events, including private, expertly led tours; the professional and safe car rides; outstanding accommodations; and reservations at restaurants we wanted to dine at. The SmoothRed team quickly remedied any unexpected hiccups, such as alternate transport after our train unexpectedly stopped. The SmoothRed app was great and easy to use. We look forward to working with SmoothRed again for future trips!

We had a wonderful three-week trip to France (Normandy and Paris) and Italy (Umbria and Rome) with our children and grandchildren. The whole team at SmoothRed pitched in to make it just perfect. They arranged accommodations, transfer and guides - and then helped when the inevitable glitches arose. we will definitely use them again.

Smooth Red did an excellent job making all the arrangements for our wine tasting trip to Bordeaux and Burgundy. They did a fantastic job getting the wine tastings and other arrangements scheduled. The guides were very knowledgeable and the accommodations excellent. When our flight was delayed and we missed a connection Smooth Red was there to support us. With one phone call they had everything rescheduled to align with our new flights. I will definitely us them again on future trips!

When visiting Carcassone we also wanted to try the wines of the area. SmoothRed have arranged previous successful tours so again was our first port of call. There organisation from flights, hotel to wine tours was exceptional. They are without doubt value for money with the quality you receive.
If the region is unknown to you then I recommend a visit as the wines have improved to a good quality.
On one of the visits we arrived with the grapes and willing joined in the line to unload to the press. It was at Mas Gabriel where we tasted the juice of the freshly pressed grapes. There were many other beautiful sites and Carcassone itself is a must although you can no longer see the art attached to the walls.
Highlight for us was a feast amongst the vines prepared by tour guide Marcel's wife Petra.

Working with Smooth Red for our custom trip to Scotland and Ireland was a wonderful experience. We felt heard and supported in the planning process and throughout the trip. Marike created a bespoke itinerary that honored our interests in exploring places of wild natural beauty, hiking, history, culture (music, dance, falconry, sheepherding) and visiting my husband’s ancestral village. In Scotland, our driver/guide was a lively storyteller who wore a kilt and kept us entertained throughout. In Ireland, our driver/guide was an interesting conversationalist who showed us many places of natural beauty that extended our already excellent itinerary. Carolina took care of us before and throughout our trip, making reservations for experiences and meals we wanted to add and any changes we wanted to make as we travelled. We asked to stay in a mix of four star and five star accommodations, and that worked out perfectly. Smooth Red offers an App with a “living” itinerary, offering day by day details, names, phone numbers, walking maps, weather reports, notifications of any changes, additional suggestions for free time and reminders about upcoming plans. We have done a lot of travelling over many years, and this was one of our most stress free and delightful trips. We are already thinking about planning future trips with our Smooth Red team

Sira Coulibaly and the team planned such a wonderful experience for me and my daughter for Switzerland and Paris. The tours and accommodations were beyond amazing! Every detail and helpful planning helped us get so much from our vacation. Everything was uploaded to their app and was seamless. Will definitely use them again!!!

Absolutely cannot fault a single thing about the trip. The wine tasting and cheese on the first night was superb. The hotel was so central, everything we wanted to see was within a 10 minute walk. The wine tour on the second day was such a fantastic experience, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour operator was lovely and very friendly and she encouraged us to ask questions.
We went to three different vineyards and tasted around 12 different wines and learned all about the region and its wines, soils, grapes etc. Truly an eye opening experience for some one who loves to drink red wine but doesn't know an awful lot about it (although that has changed somewhat after this trip!)

I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. It is an experience my friends and I will never forget.
