Avoid avoid avoid i repeat avoid this travel agency…!!!
Had the worst flight booking experience by Ben and later Ricky, supervisor/manager.

Got the proof of their blunders and IATA has been notified respectively….!!!

They have charged us for their own blunders and dealt so unprofessionally afterwards…!!!

Not recommending anyone to trust this company if you want peaceful travel experience….!!!

Do not book. I booked a flight and they cancelled the flight without notifying me. They called me apparently however no cancelation email, just a call back email. So an Internet company does not communicate via the internet. The flights are cheap but this is the second time they have cancelled my flight and have not notified me. Even worse the man on the phone was rude when I protested that a cancellation should be by email since my prior communication was all email

This company is scam, do not fall in their prey. I booked flight after sometime I got call stating there is difference in price from airline and asked me to pay around £180 extra .. shocking!!! When we asked for cancellations they said charging £80 ..... They are scamming people. This is total fraud company.. AVOID !!!!

The site is very glitchy and the prices are not what you pay.

Not impressed so far, I wish I had read the reviews before booking. My wife needs to travel last minute to South Africa to care for a parent. We booked a flight that seemed like a pretty good deal. The print out clearly says check in baggage allowance 2 pieces and says free baggage allowance. This is also confirmed on RwandAir website. My wife was forced to pay an extra £180 for check in luggage otherwise they would not issue tickets. I would encourage you to check your options before booking with this company.

Do not ever use SkyWizard. The price on their site is a lie. They send you booking details then call and text you over and over to say the airline says there's a problem. We called the airline and it's a lie. It's a complete scam and I hope people aren't falling for it. I'd give minus stars if it was possible. They do not deserve one star.
