We had 18 days package with this travel agent. The first 9 nights in Makkah was amazing. The ziarat in Makkah wasn’t very good. Because the car they provided us wasn’t very nice. But the transport from Makkah to Madina was luxury. The hotel that we stayed in Madina it’s called (Zowar international) the room is horrible so small. You barely get a space where you can pray it. The bed were too high. The service wasn’t great. My mother she was struggling to pray as well as going to bed as she’s old. Once we booked they told us the hotel in madina is nice. I say it was not good. If I ever have a chance to go for umrah again. I will make all the arrangements myself. Instead of going to the agent. If you are thinking of traveling with them then make sure everything is exactly what they tell you. Hope this helps most of you guys who are thinking of going umrah.

Terrible service, i ordered high amount of euros, came to collect couldnt pay by card,staff member forced me to go to bank to take out money. I spent 1.5h extra. Never gonna come back. Money loundry is on.

Our party of four enjoyed a great day with our tour host Roddy who was very knowledgeable and a joy to be with. We took in amazing scenery and a tour of Talisker distillery. Highly recommended.
