I once booked 2 tickets for umrah for me and my wife I had to cancel because my wife could not get the required jabs because of health reasons so therefore I had to cancel this was with Turkish airlines I cancelled 5 weeks before going
Visas were done Turkish airlines said I should get full refund but Mr Mazhar at skyfly charged me £200 per ticket when he should have charged just for visas and maybe £25 for handling charges
Then he had the cheek to offer me cup of tea
Also he said said he could get me a fake certificate for my wife I was going to Allahs house
Not to Pakistan may Allah help these greedy travel

These lot are disgusting, sending people to Gods house and scamming them, they take your money and trick you. Telling you it’s a 5 star hotel and it’s not even a 1 star hotel. Please please don’t use them, horrible people and customer service is awful once that have your money.

Very bad experience in May 2023 paid for double rooms and got 4 beds rammed in the room when i got back tried to get money we had paid extra for rooms but was ignored by Mazhar Bhai also airport pick up was very bad service waited nearly 2 hours since Sheikh Liaqat has passed away sky fly has flown off the radar its all about profits not people experience

Just don't do it.

Hajj is a once in a lifetime experience and alhamdulillah I found the silver lining in all the mishaps but the only reason you spend your hard earned money is to have assurance that your group is genuine both on a humane and spiritual level.

I'm glad I went on 3 hajj courses before I left because the spiritual guidance left a lot to be desired. Do NOT expect to be enlightened or inspired. Imam's speak little English with a very back home mentality of being taught in the masjid 'do as I say' attitude.

I was honestly flabbergasted by the lack of etiquette presented by this group. When you're in dire need, no one was to be found anywhere. If only I could say the same when it came to leaving the deposit.

That being said Khalil was a top brother to deal with but sadly he had another group to take care of, so it was logistically challenging to ask anything of him.

I'd just like to add that I have on many occasions travelled with Skyfly in the past but on this occasion had the pleasure of a group trip let by Bhahee jaan Shahid, who has gone beyond and above to cater for our trip. He has been absolutely fantastic in arranging all the tours, having qualified staff at hand to inform us of all locations visited and even arranged time for questions and answers.
