Requested a Quotation for a 2025 holiday, only to be 'ghosted' for several weeks when I had asked for a minor change to the quotation for a mountain view of each apartment.

When Skiworld eventually replied it turned out the original quotation was wrong by ~£2,000 despite our clear requirements were set out when I first asked for a quote, so essentially wasted our time.

A very poor experience of a company that I've used in the past and had some great holidays with. Unfortunate.

I was excited to do SKIWORLD since we had done this before and am shocked at the horrific conditions. States in Courchevel in their ‘signature’ chalet. The location was the only thing that made the chalet good.

It is GROSS. Dust and cobwebs in the house that is set off my permanent allergies - when going to a ski mountain is supposed to be better air! I’m trying very hard not to think about the kitchen cleaning standards…..

They call this place 5+ star and yet they don’t even provide basic toiletries - a small skimpy bottle of cheap body wash and hair in one (which is what 2-star hotels give you) and a tiny piece of soap. No tissue boxes anywhere.

The food is just carbs after carbs. Skimpy amounts of vegetables and NO fruit. This makes sense since simple carbs are much cheaper to provide.

The local ‘manager’ is very hard to find - she's nice - but doesn’t pick up the phone when you need her. And the main office is borderline not responsive.

This is practically fraud to get people to stay with SKIWORLD. Book with caution.....

We've travelled for a couple of trips with Skiworld and had a great time. Their communication has been excellent, accommodation has been well priced, well looked after, and well located, and the skiing's been great. They stand out particularly for doing their best to get a horde of anxious passengers back to the UK in December 2021, when Grenoble Airport staff were being less than helpful. Appreciate a company can really only be judged by how they perform when things go wrong, and nothing really has, but that in and of itself says something. Recommended.

Went on holiday in February with Skiworld. Took 8 hours to get from the airport to the resort, sitting for 2 hours at Grenoble airport for a plane to land, by which point the traffic had built up. This was after a 4am start. No contingency plans at all. Same on the way back. 5 hour wait at Grenoble as a coach had broken down and they delayed the plane. I understand things happen but there is no contingency planning so if anything goes wrong you will have to wait a long time. Also, we did not get one communication from Ski World at Grenoble airport while we were waiting for the plane back to London. Offered £35 off our next holiday with Skiworld as a goodwill gesture. Sadly not transferable.

My first experience with Skiworld was brilliant. I had never been on a hosted chalet ski holiday before, they just couldn't have done any more for us. Would definitely recommend and would certainly do it again.
If you go to Tignes, and Ollie is you host, you won't do any better.

A great chalet . As we were on the top floor it gave us fantastic views of the resort.
It’s was perfectly clean and tidy and the food provided by our chalet girls was fab . All the meals including afternoon tea and cake were excellent.
Being able to ski right to the door was great .
The downstairs boot and ski room was perfect.
Definitely recommend this place , I’d love to return next year .

This was our first time booking a chalet board ski holiday and we’ve been super impressed. We travelled to Alpe D’Huez and stayed in the Pere Joseph 2. The chalet itself was lovely, very clean and tidy, with onsuite rooms. We were lucky to being sharing the chalet with two lovely family’s which made the experience very relaxed. Our two hosts, Miya and Maiya were excellent, super friendly and attentive, they went out of their way to make sure all of the guests had everything they needed. Considering we were the first guests of the season, they had everything covered and we felt very well looked after by both of them. All of the Skiworld staff we came into contact with were also very helpful and friendly.

One huge plus for us was the proximity of the lift systems, we could catch a lift 30 meters from the door and ski pretty much all the way back to the chalet. The skiing generally in the resort was great with a wide range of difficulty and interest, well connected by the lift systems.

The only downside to the whole holiday, which is nothing to do with Skiworld, is having to travel through Grenoble airport, where we had huge delays and problems both in and outbound. The airport simply is not prepared for the influx of winter tourists, which seems to have been the case for years from what we’ve heard.

Very appreciative to Ski world and our brilliant hosts!

My experience at Skiworld has been absolutely excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the process of choosing and booking our holiday easy and fun. They thought about every aspect of our ski holiday with care and provided excellent service whilst booking and when we arrived. The staff at our chalet were super friendly and clearly experts at what they do; they really made our holiday special and I would definitely ski with them again.
