Recently went to the Liverpool v Man City game with Skelton. Unfortunately our ferry was delayed but this was communicated as early as possible to avoid unnecessary hanging around at the port which was appreciated. Garvan and Martin were helpful and pleasant, they ran the weekend on time and communicated all we needed to know. Had been a while since I travelled with Skelton but would definitely travel with them again.

Took tour to watch Liverpool. Was class as was my wee lads first time at match. Wee lad left behind his scarf just as bus about to head to hotel. Bus driver said he would wait. This simple act meant so much as we bought scarf and pins at liverpool shop. Bus driver was a legend. Steve Bernes was great and also relaxed. All round great atmosphere. I don't like soccer but I even enjoyed it. Ill book again.

Just back from a trip to Manchester for football match . Had a great time great seats at match and hotel was within walking distance of old trafford. Was a long journey but coach was comfortable and driver and guide were really helpful and pleasant would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

AVOID - Advertises one package but sells a different one.
Enquired about available football packages and was told that they only offered one hospitality package for the particular team we were interested in (have email to prove this), the package was a premium package so we went ahead and booked, only to discover down the line that we'd actually been booked on a much lesser package.

I'm all for supporting local businesses but an apology goes a long way in customer services, as other people have already stated in their review they tried to ignore our emails in the hope we'd disappear. When they did eventually answer they denied all responsibility, not even an apology .

Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and book direct online through Champions Travel, at least then you will be able to see exactly what you're getting before you book.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. This company lives up to its reputation, we booked a football package through them and we were meant to get a tour of the football club, free food and drinks etc, arrived on the day and were told that none of these were available to us. You can imagine the disappointment. Contacted them from the stadium only to be told that there computers were down ( how convenient) and that they would ring back, they never did. Still haven't got anywhere with it as they are denying everything.
