Everybody needs Craig when booking a holiday! He takes all the stress out of booking. He was absolutely fantastic from the moment I contacted him. He listened to our requirements- at fairly short notice- and managed to get us the holiday and hotel we wanted for cheaper than we could do ourselves. Craig is prompt and efficient and nothing is a problem. He is always quick to respond and managed to help us out when we had to unfortunately cancel my parents’ tickets last minute due to my dad’s injury. I would highly recommend using Simply Bespoke Travel and we will certainly use Craig’s services again for all our holidays in the future. Thank you Craig, we had the best holiday ever!

Craig who runs Simply Bespoke Travel is the most amazingly, organised guy and brilliant at what he does. I went to Paris with my daughter and we had a fabulous time, a wonderful hotel with a rooftop restaurant with the most stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Eurostar tickets- everything was arranged with efficiency and we got a brilliant deal. I had been looking for ages and had come nowhere near the deal that Craig managed to sort for us. I will never book with another company again. A class operation. An amazing service from a guy who went above and beyond at fairly short notice.

I had never used the services of an agent before and after this experience I can’t imagine doing it again without Craig’s help.
