Exceptional service from start to finish. From what I imagined would be a scary and nerve racking experience it was the most easiest and simplest experience I have had. Absolute credit to the surgeons assistant she was absolutely fabulous and memorable of the experience overall. Everything was hassle free even down to as much as parking at the clinic, I can't wait to see the final results of my labiplasty procedure which already feels life changing and a burden lifted. I couldn't thank everyone involved enough especially the surgeon Dr Ahmed - extremely professional, competent and talented. Highly recommended, thank you so much

Im so glad i made the decision to have Blepharoplasty. It's a really weird feeling because you're awake and you know what's happening. Didn't feel a thing. The initial results were amazing. The post surgery pictures tgey sent were fantastic. Obviously, there is bruising and swelling leakage, all of which are to be expected. The first night was a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, there was no pain at all.
The team was really lovely from the receptionist, nurses, and surgeon. They explained everything checking with me throughout. After care brilliant. 12 days after surgery, I'm definitely delighted with the results. There is still bruising and swelling again to be expected, but I'm so happy with how it looks so far.
I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Signature Clinic Glasgow who was involved in my surgery. Would 💯 recommend them to anyone looking for surgery 🤩

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Ahmed at Signature Clinic, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. From our first consultation, Dr. Ahmed was incredibly kind and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs regarding the surgery and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I especially appreciated that he provided me with extra garments, which made a significant difference in my recovery.
The support I received from the aftercare team was equally impressive. Nurses Dana, Kirsty, Claire, and Naaz were all wonderfully helpful and compassionate. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my recovery. Their dedication to patient care truly made my experience a positive one.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed and the entire team at Signature Clinic for their exceptional service and supportive environment.

I highly recommend Signature Clinic to everyone. I had been suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome for years, and waiting for the NHS to address it was a waste of time. However, a quick surgery on both wrists solved the problem. Now, I can sleep through the night without waking up in pain and use my hands without worrying about the discomfort later on. It's been 6 months since the surgery, and my hands feel like new. It took me about 6 weeks to return to weight training without any issues. Only doing push-ups was challenging, but after 4 months, I could do them again. The aftercare was excellent – whenever I had questions, I would send an email and receive a prompt response. I'm very pleased with the results and the entire team. Thank you.

I cannot fault Signature Clinic my experience only positive. The after care team just lovely and caring .Dr Ahmed is just as lovely, explaining the blepharoplasty procedure the before,during and after making me feel very at ease. The procedure itself lasted approx 20mins and I felt nothing ! Weeks on my eyes are so projecting and I am ecstatic at the results ! Thankyou to Dr Ahmed and his team you have given me back my eyes and more Importantly my confidence 😊

Trust pilot has a warning ⚠️ advising this company has been trying to pressurise customers to remove their negative reviews!! Picture attached!!

My mum had booked for a neck lift with Mr Ahmed. When she arrived she was told she was getting a full face lift which was not right and she told them no she only wanted her neck done. They advised they had already taken the money for a full face lift but would refund her. She still has not had this.

My mum followed the aftercare perfectly, I removed her surgical dressings at the exact time given to her to do so. I was shocked at what I seen, her blood stained hair was INSIDE the dressing against the wounds, no iodine or iodine patches just gauze applied straight on top of the wounds and her skin was so red and inflamed with puss obviously present.

My mum emailed the aftercare team and got no response, she called them and was advised Mr Ahmed would get back to her which he didn’t. She emailed again the following morning as things were getting worse and she was offered a face to face appointment at 7pm when she was in agony and clearly fighting a very serious infection.

We decided not to wait and took her straight to our local hospital, she was promptly admitted then transferred to another hospital who deals with trauma and plastic surgery. My mum was worried sick by now.

She is still in hospital receiving IV antibiotics and topical antibiotics to try and avoid further surgery to remove the narcotic tissue.

Both myself and my dad called the clinic but no one returned our calls.

Mr Ahmed called my mums phone and I answered. He was very passive aggressive telling me my mum had no reason to go to hospital, she does not have any infection or narcotic tissue present and to stop antibiotics.

He then threatened court action to the Dr who had told her what is wrong with her saying it is slander and said he didn’t know what he was taking about !! Then he hung up on me!!

Avoid!!!!

I have attached an image and you can all see and judge for yourself. Does this look like a perfect post surgery wound on day 5 to you?

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had earlobe reconstruction which was quick and stress free, the whole team involved with my journey have been extremely supportive and helpful. In regards to the op itself, I had no complications or problems with healing and have been given better ears than I was born with. I highly recommend signature clinic, they have been amazing start to finish.
