Good, but short for the money, left at 10.05 and returned at 11.00
It's recorded audio and I did ask was it this before I paid and I was told it's live audio but for me live audio is someone talking live not recorded. The buses were tidy and clean and all staff were professional, the audio did skip in places and sometimes it was before what it was describing so it made it harder to figure out.
I like to do different hop on and hop offs but I was a little disappointed with this one.

£18. Having had the tour £9.99 would have been a fairer price. Bus clean and tidy, commentary interesting but for 1 hr 10 mins it’s excessively expensive. For 2 of us we could probably have done it much cheaper in an Uber.

Our experience was terrible. The map provided with routes and drop off/ pick up points is wrong. Different drivers use different routes. Twice we were stranded because we couldn’t find the correct pick up points, on the first occasion we used the Belfast bus service to get us back to the city centre where we started the route a second time, we got off at the botanical gardens stop and was told this was a pick up point at a specific time, but in fact it wasn’t true and we were stranded again. This is not a company that should be in business. Appalling.

Despite it being freezing cold in January we decided to book a couple of tickets. The drivers gave us tips where to get off and a bus always came past every 30 minutes.

We met one driver 3 times in the day super professional and passionate about the city. If we had cash on us I would have donated £10 on the spot as refreshing to meet genuine locals.

Read some of the bad reviews. I will warn any traveller new to the city you have 3 companies offering open bus tours.

Some of the bad reviews which always have two sides are unfair as other companies.

I do agree it’s a point to improve signs as some are damaged or pinched. We didn’t mind just raising an arm as drivers good at stopping.

Did the hop on hop off bus around Belfast and paid £18, the first driver was fine and we got off at the Titanic quarter. When we got back on it was a different driver who didn't follow the map that was provided to us properly and didn't stop once despite people pressing the stop button to get off. The automated information didn't say which stop was what/where and had hardly any information. Wouldn't recommend.

Good tour. But not a 'hop on, hop off' bus tour - they only stopped once at the Titanic museum, even when the 'Stopping' light was lit up for the whole second half of the tour. Also the commentary could've pointed out more landmarks - for example it didn't mention anything when we went past St Anne's Cathedral. It was a good tour overall but could've been better!

This was a great tour with excellent commentary that provided a great summary of the places visited on tour. We stopped at the Titanic Museum and then were able to get back on the bus later in the day. Super value for money.

Terrible experience. Beware This is a second tour group!!!! Beware The bus stops aren't clearly marked. They have nothing to do with the clearly marked "city tour" they drop yiu off in side streets with no mark or signs.If you walk the next stop there is no way to know where the pick up is. We were told the bus came every 20 minutes but waited 40 minutes before we left on the 1st stop. Ended up ubering back to start and when asked for money back was told just to dispute the charges. No effort to make it right. Very disappointed.
