The hotel and show package was excellent. Our room at the Lancaster Gate Hotel was cozy, and our seats for Harry Potter & The Cursed Child were amazing (fifth row!).

..My Daughter bought a show and stay with your company, unfortunatley she didnt know that we also had a booked for a holiday starting the date of the show ( Mowtown , The Musical, called the company Customer Services and guess what, can not change the date, or amend booking... absolutley furious, taken hundreds of pounds from my daughter and not able to support a date change.... Poor Poor customer services. what about customer experiance, where does that come in your web statement
