We stayed in a fabulous high end apartment in Royal Leamington Spa for a 4 night break. The apartment was gorgeous, absolutely spotless with comfortable furniture and bedding, and we had everything we needed, home from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

BE AWARE SHORT LET SPACE WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AT ALL (including 3 months in advance!) AND HAVE CHARGED PEOPLE THE ENTIRE AMOUNT!!!! You will not be able to claim your money back from your Credit Card - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is an unacceptable way to run a business and in my opinion is a complete con!

A very convenient place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford. We were without a car but the bus service is very frequent and we visited Blenheim Palace a 20 min. bus journey from the stop outside the apartment so location ideal. Beds are comfortable and the apartment warm. On a purely personal note and not really a criticism some comfy seating to sink into after a days walking would have been nice instead of the more formal upright ones. We would definitely stay again though.

We stayed at The Potting Shed for 7 nights in June 2021 and really enjoyed our stay. The Potting Shed is small but had everything we needed. It has a well equipped kitchen, a sofa, TV, a table for two and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tiny but the shower is good. It has parking and best of all is situated in a beautiful wild garden including a seating area set aside for the property. The owner, Emma, went out of her way to make us feel welcome providing bread, milk and eggs from her chickens on arrival as well as homemade treats during our visit. She was also very helpful with suggestions and tips for our time in Woodstock. It is such good value compared to other properties that we would thoroughly recommend it.

Our family stay over half term was brilliant, the house is spacious and comfortable with 2 large bedrooms with ensuite, and a well kitted out kitchen and large living room. Our hosts we're very welcoming baking us bread and providing board games, that we'd forgotten to pack. We were very near Blenheim Palace with lovely walks, and some great pubs in nearby Woodstock. Would fully recommend and plan to return.

Cozy, convenient, clean and comfortable. The cottage at 8 Browns Lane Woodstock has everything you need for a short or long stay. Close to all amenities in town, Blenheim palace and bus stops to Oxford and surrounding towns easily accessible. Woodstock is a charming town made even more so by walks around the extensive grounds of Blenheim. The cottage had everything I needed and was in the Centre of town which made my visit very convenient.

Jasmine cottage was an excellent place to stay in a picturesque setting and a very quiet village. The facilities were very good and great bedding. There are plenty of interesting places to visit in region and great pubs for eating. The Bell Inn in the village does a lovely takeaway Sunday lunch, even for vegans. Definitely will be back.

The cottage was really clean, spacious and cosy. Really easy to park to front of the house. Quiet road and beautiful small village. The kitchen is well equipped, shower amazingly powerful and the bed so comfortable. Extra beds in the other bedroom available. Nice garden also and such a nice fire place where we were able to heat up fire in the living room. I will definitely recommend this cottage for a nice romantic weekend.
