Shame on them need to close the post office in this cost cutters. Advertised as open til 8pm yet can’t be bothered to do the blooming work and it’s only 17.06. Staff state not trained for post office yet both have served me in the post office before.

I've never turned up at this post office when there's been a que of less than 6 people. The staff are painfully slow and don't seem to know what they're doing half the time.

Whoever manages this place is useless. Often only 1 staff member working, with a queue of 10+ people.

Sometimes there's 2 staff members behind the counter doing paperwork while one staff member is having to deal with a huge queue.

Other post offices arent like this, usually a post office with 2 staff can manage a lot of people but this one always struggles. Over Christmas the queues were going out of the Spar door.

Other post offices arent like this. This one is very very badly managed and operated.

Staff themselves seem nice.

Very slow. Even when all counters open there is never a good time to be here.
As part of the local Spa, space for quing is limited.
As a regular Post office user I mostly go to the neighbouring Byram post office for a much more efficient service.
