We were travelling to see friends in Suffolk on Saturday and I got lost, my phone had lost its charge and the sat nav wasn’t working, I just had some handwritten notes I had written from a google directions search before I left home many hours earlier. I went into the garage and the lady at the kiosk was so very, very helpful, she helped me with a printed map as I had literally no idea where I was in Suffolk. I purchased an A - Z whilst there as was going to need it until my satnav is fixed. I would like to say a massive thank you to her, when I initally went into the shop I was very nearly crying, she helped me calm down and get my bearings to reach my destination. Many , many thanks x

Went to post a parcel as they advertise that they're a UPS Access point. Handed the parcel to the employee behind the counter and she looked at me blankly and then opened her phone to use the app. She then proceeded to tut at the phone and shrug for 5 minutes, putting it down intermittently to serve other customers whilst I waited. I asked if I should try somewhere else if their system was down, and she proceeded to say '...or just come back tomorrow and hassle someone else with it'. How rude!

It's always great for me travelling to Norwich from Essex to have this as a stop if I need it. Stopped here for fuel and a loo break yesterday and friendly and helpful as always! I'm not a regular known by name, but I feel I may as well be, the way the ladies at the till are kind and patient. Well laid out, clean and people that take pride in doing a good job. A perfect place for those that travel alot, it's a welcome experience for when you are tired of a long journey.

I am biased but 90% of the fuel I buy will be Shell V power. I believe in its quality. Points scheme works well for me as well. But I do find BP shops bigger and better.

I appreciate the nearest petrol station is 12 miles away , but they charge an unfair premium in my opinion. Also I used to buy vaping juice but on 3 separate occasions I noticed the clerk pretended to scan the items but didn't actually put them through the till. The last time this happened I asked for a receipt, much to the dismay of the clerk. He made excuses about having to re scan them as a woman was putting petrol in the first time he tried.

Very friendly staff, in good humour 🙂 reasonable prices, easy to enter/exit, even with a long vehicle as there's no barrier between the forecourt and the road, and the traffic lights provide ample opportunity to pull out

Literally £11 more to fill up my car if I went here. Just go to Tesco a couple minutes up the road or the M&S near Diss
