I have had connections with Sheldon Bosley knight and there predecessors for over 50 years, most recently as letting agents for our property. Our existing tenants submitted their statutory notice of four weeks, I informed SBK a week after that and within that remaining time we had attracted six possible clients, all of which were shown round the property in a professional and covid secure manner and regular updates, were reported back to us. Within 48 hrs of agreeing our new tenant, contracts were issued, terms agreed then followed up with notification to all utilities and hand over completed.
