Nice shelter building and service for plenty of destinations in Peak District. Not far from train station. Clean and have seats inside for waiting. A cafe is there. Toilets not clean and in top of that you have to pay for toilets.

Absolutely shocking, for a city of Sheffield stature you’d expect a somewhat nice interchange with easy to access toilets, instead you have to pay for the tollets( with coins, which no one carries anymore). On top of that you have a worker stood up outside the disabled toilets ready to turn you away if you have no visible disability. The fact they have been outdone by the interchange in Rotherham shows how bad the place is.

Clean and tidy bus station. A coffee shop and a WHSmith. Toilet available but need coins.

I don't know why so few people use the station at Sheffield because the station in Leeds is crowd of people.

I feel the bus station seems a bit being left or forgotten? by the city council or city people. The direct access to Sheffield city centre is blocked by the Odeon cinema and an university building and library. However, there is a tiny path you can walk from bus station to train station with the cover and seems safe in daytime. Yes, when it is dark early evening, it may be a bit scary over silent and feeling unsafe 😨.

I think going by coach, like national express, monitored by a licensed driver, is somewhat safer than going by train sometimes. Especially on matchday and weekend, in the coach, you will see drunk or over-acting gangs of people screaming or falling on the ground. Well, yes, the police will stop people drinking alcoholic stepping into the train...as you can know,.it is a train of drunkers...try to count how tons of bottles being left on the tables in trains every weekend.

If you bring with your children or a ninety-years old grandma, call uber or go by coach, I highly recommend.

Just waiting for coach from Sheffield bus station to Leeds with National Express. No information as to why it is delayed. No information at all about any other arrivals or departures. Very poor waiting area. In fact very unsatisfactory in every way.

Generally ok for a coach station. Loses points due to toilets. They could really use a refurb or at least better cleaning also on the fact that you need to pay 0.20p to use while Victoria coach station has free toilets in 2 different areas. Another minor inconvenience is that the coffee shop near National Express exits is cash only.
