Be aware if you want to rent from these people, me and my partner was supposed to move into a flat. And since the first day of the process it has been nothing but chasing the agents, It's like they take pride in being unreachable. And when you do get hold of them you just get different answers each time. They originally changed our moving date from a month apart, not turning up to viewings when a time and date was agreed from both party’s. And then 4 days before our move in date we get a call to say the landlord has dropped out and is selling the flat without any explanation!!!They just like to take your money then mess you around. How this is even aloud is beyond me, The lack of communication is astounding. Save yourself the stress with Sharman Quinney and go to another estate agents.
