I saw this hike so many times on TikTok and eventually did it. The TikTok videos were not lying about how steep it is. And the closer to the edge the more steep it is. My friend drove so we parked at Seven Sisters visitor centre car park £7 for more than 4 hours which is what we went for. From the car park to join the sister cliff it was around 20-30 minutes walk there was a steep climb (so that counts as one of the sisters in my opinion 😂). We joined on the second sister and so it begins. It took us 1hr45 minutes from the car park to birling gap which is where the Seven Sisters end. We had a break, went to look at the beach but we didn’t go down the stairs to the beach and we also used the toilet but there was a queue. From here we continued to Eastbourne. This had less cliffs but it was very steep and so prolonged🤧. From here to Eastbourne we took so many break especially at beachy head where there a pub and cafe so I can’t really give accurate time. But at the end of the whole hike it’s 30 minutes walk to the city centre where you can take the bus or the train. We took the bus back £3 per ticket. All in all it was a good hike, around 25000 steps in total (I do have a short stride 🤧).

Visitor centre with information help, cafe and toilets. Toilet are quite clean at start of the day… but can be a bit dirty towards the end of the day. Less than a min walk from the car park. Be careful as you have to cross the main road to get between the car park and visitor centre. It is dangerous as the road is on a huge bend. Bus stop located outside too.

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and there was a nice selection of local maps and gifts.

The park itself is absolutely stunning. The views of the cliffs, ocean, and rolling green pastures are unforgettable! Highly recommend making the trip to South Downs

Seven Sisters Country Park is a unique place. It comprises 280 hectares of chalk cliffs, meandering river valley and open chalk grassland.

It’s home to grazing sheep, rare flora and fauna and is a corridor for a large number of migrating birds.

The river Cuckmere cuts right through the Park and visitors can follow the adjacent footpath from the Visitors Centre to the coast.

Situated at Exceat, near Seaford, East Sussex, the Park is well served by buses from Brighton, Seaford and Eastbourne, making it ideal for a car-free day out.

There is also a nice cafe on site too as well as a 'take and go' refreshment stall, toilets, shop and ample parking.

Helpful staff in this well-resourced visitor centre, offering practical tips on routes and maps. Interesting maps/displays in the centre, along with lovely items to buy. Excellent facilities, on a warm day - free water bottle refill tap, clean toilets. I got the 12 bus to and from the centre. And thoroughly enjoyed the easy walk down to the beach.

Absolutely stunning place, beautiful walk to the beach. Take plenty of water and food as there isnt any cafes or shops near the beach, however there is a lovely pub on the main road. Definitely recommend ❤️

Maybe one of the best parks in England.
The staff is really friendly and the souvenir shop has something for everyone (it has a really good collection of second-hand books).
Just devote the whole day, there is a water refill station, seating areas, shade and a shop to buy goodies.
