Been on 2 puffin cruises in as many months and the team on each occasion were absolutely amazing. Really understanding and accommodating for any needs you may have. The tour itself is great with lots of great history, facts and knowledge being shared. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely experience we paid to see puffins and got a variety of birds, puffins included and seals to. The tour took around 2 hrs and we had a fantastic skipper and desk hand Alan. Both gave us alot of information and a close view without disturbing the wildlife. Definitely advise a trip for £50 per adult ?

Fantastic experience, friendly and knowledgeable folks on the boat and on shore. We had fine weather and great views of the islands and back to the the castles on the mainland (we did the Inner Farne Islands trip including an hour on one of the islands, looked after by the National Trust). We saw sea birds and seals even though it wasn't breeding season (we went in late August). Nice that they had a guide on board who came round the boat to talk with us in small groups about the wildlife. The NT people were great too, explaining about the birds and seals but also St. Cuthbert's Chapel and the lighthouse.

Great trip out to the Farne Islands. Serenity boat trip was a great way to see the wildlife of the islands. Loads of sea birds and seals galore! Both the onboard commentary and additional points of interest by the onboard guide were both brilliant and very clear and easy to understand on the back of the boat. Stop off on the island a nice break from the boat for an hour. Overall really recommend this trip.

We had THE most magical day with the extremely friendly and knowledgeable crew last week. Booking was so easy online and we were blessed with glorious weather too. We booked the Farne Islands and Holy Island trip all in one (£45pp) and I can highly recommend this SO much & it was worth every penny. It took more than 5 hours. We left at 11.45am promptly and returned about 5.40pm.
The wildlife we experienced was just perfect. The seals were inquisitive and playful and the variety of birds was excellent. We were taken very safely and carefully as close as possible to the wildlife. (Tip - Puffins are seen during April/May/June here so we missed out unfortunately).
Holy Island/Lindisfarne was quite surreal. It was so peaceful and calm and full of history. There were archaeological digs being carried out and I spent some time chatting to a lovely lady called Eleanor who worked for the Northumberland coastline. She explained all about the recent findings of human remains (clearly visible) dating back to possibly the 6th or 7th Century. This is something I will forever remember.
Our return trip closely followed the beautiful Northumbrian Coastline and the Captain took us as near as possible to the majestic Bamburgh Castle.
The boat trip was prompt, comfortable and the crew were available at all times to answer any questions. What a day to remember. Thank you Serenity Boat Tours. I will treasure these memories for many years to come ?

Beautiful tour with lots of Wildlife. Very friendly guides with lots of information. Lots of space on the boat. The captain had the boat under control so that we went into every little bay and were able to see the birds up close. Great experience.

Brilliantly run, knowledgeable, great boats, friendly, welcoming, great value. Attention to detail and genuine interest in the natural world. Best company to book with to visit the Farne Islands by boat, with plenty of options from shorter cruises to longer landing tours. Respectful of wildlife and environment.
