Booked on a travelzoo offer, the trip was good value. The heating was effective - didn't take long to warm up. The kitchen cupboards were a little 'tired' but we didn't come on holiday to spend our time in the kitchen; the location in relation to ferry ports and attractions was really good and the coastal path was very accessible. Staff in the office were friendly, both on the phone and in person. The immediate area around the chalet bungalow was pretty sodden but there had been a lot of rain.

We have had a lovely holiday at Seaview Holidays. The staff was very helpful from booking the holiday and when we were on holiday. We had too of the 4 bedroom cottages they were very clean and spacious and if we had a problem it was sone put right. So both myself and my family would recommendto anyone and hope to return soon

I personally didn’t stay here, but I booked this accommodation for colleagues, and they couldn’t speak highly enough of their experience. From the start, the service I received from the booking team was exceptional - second to none. They were incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth and easy. The added bonus of a discount for booking ferries directly was much appreciated and a great saving. Highly recommend based on my experience with the booking team and my colleagues' feedback on their stay!

The aprtment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was great, not too far from ferry terminals and very close to the beach.

Lovely house, had everything we needed. Had an issue with the shower but this was resolved very quickly. Loads of space. Great stay for a holiday.

If there was an option for zero stars I would tick it. The place was tiny, no space to move, the beds were very uncomfortable, dogs had to be on leash EVERYWHERE, and it is far from every attraction. Please do not book this.

First stay at these holiday homes which are a 20 minute drive from the ferry port at Fishbourne. Several sizes available from large houses to 2 bed chalets. Excellent location, right on on Seaview beach and several pubs, cafes and shop 10 minutes walk away. 10 minute drive into Ryde also. Lovely grounds with geese, swans and a bridle path with large lake on grounds also. Friendly, community vibe amongst guests. Accommodation fine with TV, fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle, microwave bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery, hoover, ironing board/iron. Initial supply of soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea/coffee, cloths, scourers etc provided. Only thing (which was thought had been packed) missing a hair dryer....outside decking front and back with wooden benches and parasols at our chalet.
On site café closed during our stay but limited supplies available at reception. Friendly and helpful staff, dog friendly site but pets need to be controlled due to free roaming wildlife.
A relaxing and enjoyable stay which will become a first choice yearly option for both short and long breaks in the UK with the dog.
