I subscribed to SeatSpy expecting reliable service, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Subscription is a scam. They never send any notifications, alerts, receipts, or invoices. I haven't received a single email or update. They quietly take your money, hoping you won’t notice and will forget about the free trial you signed up for, even if you never used the service. This practice is both frustrating and unacceptable.

I enjoy using seat spy. Sometimes there may be glitches when searching, but it takes the leg work out of manually searching the BA website.

I would highly recommend using this service if you collect avios points.
